If an account is switched from the subscription model to the ICS model while active events have appointments, all previously sent calendar subscriptions for internal attendees will from their calendars. This is because the subscription model delivers appointments through a live calendar feed, which is removed once the setting is switched.

To ensure that internal attendees regain their calendar invites, follow these steps :
- Export a list of all and appointments.
- For internal attendees, change their status back to .
- Bulk trigger the email for all internal attendees.
- Before proceeding, confirm the switch with the customer account lead to ensure all necessary steps have been taken.
By following these steps, internal attendees will receive new ICS invites and maintain their calendar visibility for all scheduled appointments.
