This document explains how to download general event reports in the Event Cadence platform, including what types of reports are available and their functions.
Steps
Make sure you're logged into the Admin Side of the platform.
In the left-hand menu, scroll to the bottom and click Reports.
Here, you’ll find a variety of report categories designed to help you analyze your event effectively.
Available Reports and Their Functions
- Materials Report – Tracks views and interactions with event materials like PDFs or videos added to Home Tiles or the Menu.
- Notifications Report – Shows who viewed and interacted with the notifications sent during your event.
- Schedule Report – Details attendee interactions with sessions, including:
- Registrations
- Online meeting participation
- Questions submitted to speakers
- Surveys Report – Consolidates all survey responses collected during the event.
- Email Issues Report – Lists undeliverable emails, helping you track who actually received communications.
- Final Event Report – Compiles all individual reports into a single downloadable file.
Final Event Reports (Types)
Full Report – A consolidated overview of your entire event.
- Note: Some sections may appear blank if certain features weren’t used.
Menu Usage Report – Helps you see which menu items were most frequently viewed by attendees.
Access Report – Identifies devices used by attendees (e.g., Android or iOS). Useful for troubleshooting platform issues.
Live Feed Engagement Report – Shows which posts received the most engagement—helpful for contests or social analytics.
Attendee Terms & Conditions Report – Provides a list of attendees who accepted the event’s terms and conditions. Essential for legal or compliance needs.
Schedule Assignment and Registration Report – Gives a detailed view of agenda registrants and assigned agenda items.
Online Meeting Access and Joins Report – Shows attendee access to online meeting links and who joined sessions.
Event Attendee Check-In Report – Tracks attendee check-ins, useful for in-person or hybrid events.
