How to use appointment analytics

Use Appointment Analytics

The Appointments Analytics view in Cadence provides visual representations of your appointment data, helping you track meeting statuses, objectives, and engagement metrics. From the Appointments Menu, you can access this feature to gain insights into appointment trends and performance across your event.

When to use

  • When preparing reports on appointment engagement metrics
  • When analyzing appointment distribution by status, objective, or topic
  • When tracking team performance for customer meetings
  • When identifying trends in appointment scheduling and confirmation rates

Before you start

You must have System Administrator, Event Manager, or Event Scheduler permissions to access the Analytics view. Some advanced analytics features may only be available with Premium or Enterprise license types.

How to do it

Log in to your Cadence account.
    Navigate to your event dashboard.
Click on "Appointments" in the left sidebar menu.
Select "All Appointments" or "My Appointments" from the dropdown menu.
Click the Analytics view icon in the upper right corner of the appointments list.
The Analytics view icon looks like a bar chart and is located next to the List and Calendar view toggles.
Review the default analytics dashboard showing appointment metrics by status.
Use the filter options at the top of the page to refine the data displayed.
Filters applied in List view will carry over to Analytics view, allowing you to analyze specific subsets of appointments.
Select different chart types using the dropdown menus above each visualization.
Hover over chart elements to see detailed information in tooltips.
Click on chart segments to filter the underlying data.
Clicking on a status segment in the pie chart will update all other charts to show only appointments with that status.
Export analytics visualizations by clicking the "Export" button in the upper right corner.
Choose your preferred export format (PNG, PDF, or PowerPoint).
Return to the List view by clicking the List view icon when finished.

Troubleshooting

If analytics charts appear empty or show incorrect data:
  • Verify that appointments exist for the selected date range and filters
  • Clear all filters and try again
  • Check that appointment objectives and topics are properly configured in Appointments Options
