How to view company representatives

How to view company representatives

The Companies feature in Cadence allows you to view representatives associated with each company participating in your event. Company representatives are individuals who can interact with attendees, handle appointment requests, and participate in company chats. Through the Companies section, you can see which representatives are assigned to each company and access their contact information.

When to use

  • When you need to identify who represents a specific company
  • When scheduling appointments with company representatives
  • When you want to contact a company about their participation
  • When checking which staff members are assigned to a company
You must have System Administrator, Event Manager, or standard user permissions to view company representatives. Some actions may be restricted based on your permission level.

How to do it

    Log in to your Cadence account.
    Navigate to your event dashboard.
    Click on "Companies" in the left sidebar menu.
If you don't see the Companies option in your menu, an administrator may need to enable it in Event Setup → Menu.
    Locate the company whose representatives you want to view.
    Click on the company name to open its detailed profile.
    Scroll down to the "Representatives" or "People" section of the company profile.
Representatives must be added as event attendees before they can be assigned to a company.
    Review the list of representatives, which typically includes:
  • Name and profile picture
  • Job title and company
  • Email address (if email visibility is enabled)
  • Contact options
    Click on a representative's name to view their detailed profile.
    Return to the company profile by clicking the back button or the company name in the breadcrumb navigation.
    Use the contact options available to reach out to representatives if needed.

Troubleshooting

If no representatives are displayed for a company:
  • Verify that representatives have been added to the company by an administrator
  • Check that you have permission to view company representatives
  • Confirm that the company has enabled representative visibility in their settings
