Integrate Cadence Services Info with Other Event Setup Components
The Cadence Services Info menu provides essential configuration options for event services that connect with other setup components in your event. Located in the Events section under Cadence Services Info › Info, this interface allows you to coordinate logistics, hardware requirements, and support types with other event features like Schedule, Appointments, and Registration to create a cohesive event management experience.

Before you start
You must have System Administrator or Event Manager permissions to integrate Cadence Services Info with other components. Required fields are marked with an asterisk (*).
How to do it
Log in to your Cadence Admin account.
Navigate to your event dashboard.
Click on "Event Setup" in the left sidebar menu.
Select "Cadence Services Info" from the submenu that appears.
Enter the HubSpot Deal Link URL to connect your event with its corresponding business record.
This connection allows you to reference deal details while configuring other event components.
Choose "Yes" from the Enable Logistics dropdown if your event requires logistics coordination.
Enter a Logistics User ID to assign a coordinator who will work across event components.
The assigned logistics coordinator will have visibility into schedule items, rooms, and appointments to ensure proper resource allocation.
Select the appropriate option from the Hardware Required dropdown based on your event needs.
Specify the Onsite Services Type that aligns with your event format.
Ensure your selection matches the venue configuration in the Rooms section to prevent resource conflicts.
Navigate to "Schedule" in the left sidebar menu.
Add logistics information to relevant schedule items that require special setup.
Return to "Rooms" in the left sidebar menu if you need to configure room details.
Ensure room capabilities match the hardware requirements specified in Cadence Services Info.
Click "Save" to apply your integrated configuration.
Troubleshooting
If your integrated settings aren't working properly across components:
Verify that the Logistics User ID has appropriate permissions for all relevant event sections
Check that hardware requirements align with room capabilities in the Rooms section
Ensure the Onsite Services Type selection is compatible with your event schedule
