The Cadence Services Info menu in Cadence provides essential information about service configurations for your event, including logistics requirements, hardware needs, and support types. Located in the Events section of your dashboard, this menu allows event administrators to view and configure service-related details that help coordinate support for your event.

Before you start
You must have System Administrator or Event Manager permissions to access the Cadence Services Info menu. Required fields are marked with an asterisk (*).
How to do it
Log in to your Cadence Admin account.
Navigate to your event dashboard.
Click on "Event Setup" in the left sidebar menu.
Select "Cadence Services Info" from the submenu that appears.
If you don't see the Cadence Services Info option, you may need to scroll within the sidebar menu or check your permissions.
Review the current service information displayed on the page.
Configure the "HubSpot Deal Link URL" field if you want to connect your event to a specific HubSpot deal.
Select an option from the "Enable Logistics" dropdown to indicate whether logistics support is needed.
When "Yes" is selected, additional logistics configuration options may become available.
Choose whether hardware is required for your event from the "Hardware Required" dropdown.
Specify the "Onsite Services Type" by selecting the appropriate option from the dropdown menu.
Selecting "Onsite" or "Virtual and Onsite" may require additional coordination with your Cadence support team.
Enter any seminar contract information in the designated field if applicable.
Click "Save" to apply your changes.
The system will not save if any required fields are incomplete or contain invalid values.
Troubleshooting
If you cannot access or save changes to the Cadence Services Info menu:
Verify that you have the proper permissions (System Administrator or Event Manager)
Ensure all required fields are completed
Check that your event is in an editable state (not archived or locked)
