How to customize the header text for onboarding videos

Customize the Header Text for Onboarding VideosAdding a custom header text for your onboarding video creates a more personalized experience for attendees when they first access your event. Through the Onboarding menu in Cadence, you can modify the header text that appears above the video during the onboarding sequence.

You must have System Administrator or Event Manager permissions to modify onboarding settings.
How to do itLog in to your Cadence Admin account.
Navigate to your event dashboard.
Select "Onboarding" from the left sidebar menu.
Click on the "Video" tab at the top of the page.
The Video tab is separate from the Fields, Settings, Welcome, and Terms & Conditions tabs.
Locate the "Header Text" field at the top of the page.
Enter your custom header text.
Keep your header concise and engaging, such as "Welcome to [Event Name]" or "Watch This Quick Introduction".
Ensure the "Add Video to Onboarding" checkbox is selected if you want to display a video.
Select your video material if you haven't already done so.
Click "Save" to apply your header text changes.
Test the header text by resetting onboarding for a test user account.
Changes to header text will affect all users who haven't completed onboarding yet.
TroubleshootingIf your header text doesn't appear during onboarding, verify that the "Add Video to Onboarding" option is enabled and that you've selected a valid video in the Video Material dropdown.
