How to view and manage the list of registered attendees

How to view and manage the list of registered attendees

The Registration List feature in Cadence allows you to view, filter, and manage all attendees who have registered for your event. From the Registration Menu › List section, you can see registration status, export attendee data, and even edit individual registration form responses when needed.

When to use

  • When tracking registration numbers and completion status
  • When you need to export attendee registration data
  • When reviewing or editing individual registration form responses
  • When managing waitlisted attendees
You must have System Administrator or Event Manager permissions to access the registration list.

How to do it

    Log in to your Cadence Admin account.
    Navigate to your event dashboard.
    Select "Registration" from the left sidebar menu.
    Click the "List" tab at the top of the page.
    Review the registration summary statistics at the top of the page.
These statistics show total registrations, completed registrations, and waitlisted attendees if waitlist functionality is enabled.
    Filter the list by clicking the filter icon to narrow down registrants by status, date, or other criteria.
    Search for specific attendees using the search bar at the top of the list.
    View registration details by clicking on an attendee's name.
    Export the registration data by clicking the "Export" button in the upper right corner.
The exported file includes all registration form responses and timestamps.
    Edit registration form responses by clicking the "View Form Responses" icon next to an attendee's name.
Editing registration responses may affect group assignments if your form includes questions that determine group membership.
    Manage waitlist status by using the "Move to Active" button for waitlisted attendees when spots become available.
    Add notes to individual registrations by clicking the notes icon in the attendee row.

Troubleshooting

If you cannot see the "View Form Responses" option for certain attendees, they may have been added directly as attendees rather than through the registration process. For these attendees, you'll need to use the "Registration (Admin) - Registration Form - Display and allow to edit values for attendees added via admin" feature.
