BROADCASTS

(Keynotes, Main Stage, Panel Discussions)

Recommended Format - Speakers in Zoom or Live Streaming Platform, Attendees in Symphony

  • Familiarity---All speakers have used Zoom and are familiar with enabling video & audio---Dry runs & rehearsals are a breeze
  • Simplicity---The Zoom meeting link is sent to their calendar and they simply need to join the Zoom link prior to the session.---Enabling Video & Audio has already been tested

  • Ease in accessing---The session will occur directly within the event without opening a new app or browser tab---Guided directly to their next session through the schedule notification
