Creating Your Event With The Event Wizard

Setting Up a New Event: Click on "Events" on the left-hand side menu. Then, click on the large plus sign (+). This action will direct you to the event wizard. The wizard will guide you through a step-by-step process to create your event.

Getting Started

Step 1: Event Details - This is where you will name your event and input the event dates.

Step 2: Input Your Location
  • Select the city where your event will be held.
  • Enter the name of the venue or location.
  • Press "Next" to receive a confirmation, ensuring we have the correct location.




Step 3: Add an Image

Next, find an image for your event. This image will become your home screen within the app and web. You will be asked to crop your image for use on different types of devices. Easy as that!

Don't see an image you like with Unsplash? Upload your own by clicking "Upload".




Step 4: Customize Your Menu

You have the ability to customize the features that will appear in your event menu. Simply select the ones you want. If you don't need the Live Feed feature, you can easily unselect it.


Pro Tip: You can organize your Event menu into any order you like, or rename your menu items after you've completed the Event Wizard.


Step 5. Review your Event

It's time to check your work! The Summary screen recaps all the Event Details and Settings you selected. Once you click 'Finish', you'll be taken to your Event's Dashboard where you can continue to fine-tune your Event.
