Cadence - IOS - v.2.7.365

This release includes new features for "Appointments," "Customers," "Schedules," "People," "Groups," "Collections," "Events," "Resources," "Home," "Leads," "Materials," and "Speakers," performance improvements, and bug fixes.

Home

 Tiles:

• For System Tiles, Text, Content, Video, or Menu Tile, the ability to show a tile when it is scheduled to become available was added.

Appointments

 Request Forms. List View of Request Form with Approval Process

• Introduced a new Appointment Request form and added the ability to create new forms with an Approval Process

 Priority

• The appointment form now includes a field for selecting whether the appointment is priority 1, 2, or 3.

 Calendar subscription model or the ICS model

• Introduced some important updates regarding how invites should be sent for appointments and whether appointments follow the calendar subscription model or the ICS model

 Change check-in caching logic

• Changed check-in caching logic from saving after the request failed to save before sending a request

 Added several refined options

• Added two new filter options

• Introduced a new filtering option for the Appointment Screen

 Updated text for Organizer & People field due to new partial search logic

• Updated text to support new partial search

 Implemented Support for new Resource Types (Word doc, PPT, Excel)

 Room Capacity

• If the current room is limited by capacity, any overflow is highlighted in red to indicate that these people no longer fit in the room. This behavior was added for the user

 Fixed some issues in the Section:

• In the personal message field in appointment details, line breaks have been fixed
• Fixed incorrect Title on Organizer Selector Screen
• The issue with a room displaying different times (reserved appointments) in Location Availability has been fixed. Additionally, the problem with the timezone has also been resolved.
• Fixed the "required" status for Customer, as it was previously not working
• Resolved the issue with the Appointment Filter by Date, which was showing the wrong day

Schedule

 Elective Session - added ETag Support

 Optimized Elective Schedule "Add/Remove" Buttons to Reduce Server Requests

 Fixed some issues in the Section:

• Fixed the 'by time' filter, which was not working correctly
• Ask a Question - fixed some issues and updated workflow
• Fixed problem with "OptIn/OptOut" options was not saved for schedule check-ins
• Fixed the problem with the signature, which was not saved after signing in

Collections

 Introduced a new filtering option for the Collection List. The option's design has been improved, making it more user-friendly, which will help users work more efficiently and clearly.

Speakers

 Introduced a new filtering option for the Speakers Section. The option's design has been improved, making it more user-friendly, which will help users work more efficiently and clearly.

 Implemented Support for new Resource Types (Word doc, PPT, Excel)

Customers

 Introduced a new filtering option for the Customers Section. The option's design has been improved, making it more user-friendly, which will help users work more efficiently and clearly.

People (Groups)

 Introduced a new filtering option for the Customers Section. The option's design has been improved, making it more user-friendly, which will help users work more efficiently and clearly.

Events

 Removed the ability to create events from the event list, added a special form of notification to the User

Leads

 Updated lead scanning error message when scanning fails

 Fixed some issues in the Section:

• Fixed an issue where survey results were not being associated with leads
• Fixed increase request timeout
• Fixed an issue where category options displayed options from all different categories when viewing lead profiles

Live Feed

 Implemented a new feature, "Post Moderation," where an admin must approve user posts before being published in the live feed. Moderation includes three important statuses:

• Submitted: The post will display a "Pending" pill
• Approved: The post will display an "Approved" pill
• Declined: The post will display a "Declined" pill
• Additionally, users have the ability to resubmit own post

Materials
