Before you start
You must have Admin or Event Manager permissions to modify menu settings.
How to do it
Refresh your browser to clear any temporary cache issues that might prevent saving.
Check for error messages that appear when clicking the Save button, noting any specific details.
Verify required fields are completed for the menu item you're trying to save.
Menu items require at least a name and visibility setting to save properly.

The "Attending/Not Attending" menu item under Customers has known saving issues at the company level. Try saving without this option enabled.
