This release includes new features for "Appointments," "Customers," "Leads," "Live Feed," "Messaging," "Schedule," "Support&Settings," "Global," "Login Screen" performance improvements, Bug fixes, and fine-tunes that improve stability and user experience

Appointments

 If the “Ask customer” feature is enabled and messages have been sent previously, a new feature has been added: “Resend invitation.”

 Custom Appointments Field - Implemented Ability to set logic to "and" or "or" → New setting called 'Match':

• Or logic: This would mean that you can have one option present or a different one, but not both at the same time, necessarily.

• AND Logic: This would ensure that every option selected counts towards the filtering, thus generally creating less options

• Implemented a new Metric Adjustments

 Location Availability Section

• Introduced a new filtering option for the Location Availability List. The option's design has been improved, making it more user-friendly, which will help users work more efficiently and clearly.
• Introduced a new design for the Location Availability section
• For appointments, on Location Availability, added the following functionalities:

• Allows grouping of single-select custom fields
• Display multiple colors to represent multiple values of a given field.

• Organizer (default)
• Customer

 Fixed some issues in the Section:

• Fixed Location Validation in the Section
• Fixed a few UI bugs in the Section
• Resolve the problems in the Crashlytics list

Schedule

 Create Schedule ‘Prevent Appointment Booking' setting added a prompt for non-admin users only

 Updated the text of the pop-up window about conflicts in the schedule

 Implemented a new feature, Support QR Code for self-check-in for the Schedule

• self-check-in via QR code using a deep link, allowing users to scan with either their external phone camera or the QR code button in the app's home screen for a seamless check-in experience

 Fixed some issues in the Section:

• Resolve the problem with the check-in process; sometimes, the check-in does not work
• The problem has been resolved if a participant marked as “ASSIGNED” was also counted as a “REGISTERED” participant

Customers

 Implementation of the Customer Lists section at the Company Level

 Implemented New Customer List at the Company Level

 Implemented the ability to create a new Customer List and share the Screen

 Added the option "add a customer" from the customer profile in the app to the customer list

 Added the ability to import from the Event List - a user can create a new customer list via the Import from Event option at the Company Level

 Implemented the Explore bulk action Implemented List Status and Pill - added option to filter by list status to see all customers that are active and removed from the list Implemented new filter options for Customer List - Last Added Date, Latest Engagement First, Oldest Engagement First

 Implemented the ability to share a List

 Implemented the ability to create a new appointment for selected Customers

 Implemented the ability to "Add Note"

 Implemented the ability to "Remove Customer" from the List

Home - Events

 Improved event timing clarity by refining how upcoming events are displayed:

• Event timer to update with the following logic:
• More than 24 hours → Starts in x days
• 12-24 hours → Starts in less than a day
• Less than 12 hours → Starting Soon

 Home - Company Level

• Implemented a new solution with Company Home Name - Display the home menu name label instead of the platform label, additionally, respect the new setting on the admin panel

Login Screen

 Added a Privacy button to the login

Support & Settings

 Updated “Delete my account” in the mobile app, which redirects affected users through the DSAR portal for official account deletion

Messaging

 Implement support chat encryption algorithm v2

Live Feed

 Added options to @mention for the following: menu items and live feed

Global

 Implemented Arabic localization support - added RTL localization

 Fixed some issues:

• Regression testing was performed to eliminate bugs
• Fixed global shimmering
• Fixed UI bug with Counter in the refine
• Chore: Cleanup CoreData: fault: Declared Objective-C type "[NSNumber]" error log

 Updated QR Code Scanner - Updated the QR code scanning library to maximize scanning accuracy and quality, particularly in challenging conditions such as strong lighting, low lighting, glare, and abrupt camera movements or rotations.
