How to navigate between Events Team settings and other event configuration options
The Events Team menu in Cadence allows you to manage administrative access to your event while seamlessly navigating to other configuration areas. From this central location, you can add team members with different permission levels and quickly access other event setup options to efficiently configure your entire event.
When to use
When setting up a new event and assigning administrative roles
When you need to switch between different configuration areas
When managing team permissions while working on other event settings
When training new team members on event administration
You must have Admin or Event Manager permissions to access and modify the Events Team settings.
How to do it
Log in to your Cadence Admin account.
Navigate to your event dashboard.
Click on "Event Setup" in the left sidebar menu.
Select "Events Team" from the submenu that appears.
Review the current team members listed in the Event Manager and Event Scheduler fields.
Use the breadcrumb navigation at the top of the page to return to higher-level menus.
Breadcrumbs show your current location in the format "Events > [Event Name] > Events Team" and allow quick navigation to parent sections.
Click on "Event Setup" in the left sidebar to access other configuration options without saving changes.
Select any other configuration option from the Event Setup submenu to navigate there directly.
Navigating away without saving will discard any unsaved changes to the Events Team settings.
Return to the Events Team page by clicking "Event Setup" > "Events Team" whenever needed.
Click "Save" after making changes to the Events Team settings before navigating elsewhere.
Troubleshooting
If you cannot navigate between settings:
Verify you have Admin permissions for the account
Ensure the event has been properly created and is active
Check that you're logged in with the correct account credentials
Try refreshing the page if navigation links appear unresponsive
