How to save integration settings after making changes
After configuring integration options in your Cadence event, you must save your changes for them to take effect. The Integrations menu allows you to manage connections with third-party services like Weglot translations and control menu visibility settings across platforms.
When to use
When enabling or disabling Weglot language translations
When configuring API connections
When changing Events Menu visibility settings for web or mobile
After making any changes to integration settings
You must have Admin or Event Manager permissions to modify and save integration settings.
How to do it
Navigate to your event's Integrations page in the admin interface.
Make your desired changes to integration settings.
Review your changes carefully before saving.
Locate the "Save" button at the bottom of the page.
Click the "Save" button to apply your changes.
The Save button will change to "Saved" momentarily when your changes are successfully applied.
Wait for the confirmation that your settings have been saved.
Verify your changes have been applied by refreshing the page if needed.
Leaving the page without saving will result in the loss of all your configuration changes.
Troubleshooting
If your changes aren't saving properly, ensure all required fields are completed. For Weglot integration, an API key is required when the feature is enabled.
