How to set up multiple appointment bookings per company

Set Up Multiple Appointment Bookings Per Company

The Companies feature in Cadence allows you to configure how many appointments each attendee can book with a specific company. Through the Companies Menu › Settings section, you can enable multi-booking for high-demand companies, allowing attendees to schedule multiple appointments with the same company while setting appropriate limits to prevent overbooking.

When to use

  • When attendees need to book multiple sessions with the same company
  • When offering recurring services like massage therapy or consultations
  • When scheduling activities that span multiple days
  • When managing high-demand exhibitors at conferences

Before you start

You must have System Administrator or Event Manager permissions to configure multi-booking settings. The Companies feature must be enabled in your event menu settings.

How to do it

    Log in to your Cadence Admin account.
    Navigate to your event dashboard.
    Click on "Companies" in the left sidebar menu.
If you don't see the Companies option, an administrator may need to enable it in Event Setup → Menu.
    Select "Options" from the submenu that appears.
    Toggle "Enable Appointments" to ON.
    Click "Save" to apply these global settings.
    Return to the Companies list by clicking "Companies" in the submenu.
    Select the company you want to configure multi-booking for.
    Click on the "Options" tab within the company profile.
    Toggle "Enable Company Appointment Requests" to ON.
    Toggle "Multi-Booking Enabled" to YES.
When multi-booking is enabled, attendees can book more than one appointment with this company.
    Enter a number in the "Maximum Number of Appointment Requests" field.
This sets the cap on how many appointments each attendee can book with this company. Choose carefully based on your event capacity.
    Click "Save" to apply these company-specific settings.
    Select the "Appointments Configuration" tab.
    Click "Add Date/Time Availability" to create availability blocks.
    Configure the availability dates, times, and representatives.
    Click "Save" to complete the multi-booking setup.
