The Appointments dashboard in Cadence provides a comprehensive overview of all your scheduled meetings, allowing you to monitor appointment statuses, manage attendees, and track engagement metrics. From this central hub, you can quickly identify pending, confirmed, and declined appointments while accessing tools to create new meetings or modify existing ones.
When to use

Before you start
You must have System Administrator, Event Manager, or Event Scheduler permissions to access and use the Appointments dashboard.
How to do it
Log in to your Cadence account.
Navigate to your event dashboard.
Click on "Appointments" in the left sidebar menu.
Select "All Appointments" from the dropdown menu.
You can also select "My Appointments" to view only meetings where you are the organizer or scheduler.
Review the status filter ribbon at the top of the dashboard showing counts for:
Total Appointments
Proposed (lavender)
Pending (yellow)
Confirmed (green)
Declined (red)
Cancelled (dark gray)
Click on any status filter to show only appointments with that status.
Use the search bar to find specific appointments by title, attendee, or other criteria.
Select appointments using the checkboxes to perform bulk actions.
Bulk actions include sending emails, changing status, or updating appointment details for multiple meetings at once.
Click the "+" button to create a new appointment.
Click on any appointment row to view its details.
Changes made to appointment details will trigger notification emails to attendees unless the "Send Emails" option is disabled.
Review appointment analytics by clicking the "Analytics" tab to see metrics on appointment statuses, objectives, and engagement rates.
