This document explains how to create links and QR codes in Cadence, allowing you to easily direct attendees to any event page or resource via universal links compatible with web and app.
Accessing the Feature
Go to the admin site.
Click Event Setup → Links & QR Codes.
Creating Links & QR Codes
Use the “Link to” drop-down menu to select the page or resource you want to link to.
A second box appears—choose the specific item to redirect your attendees.
Click Generate to obtain the link and QR code ready to use in communications.
Key Notes
- The links generated are universal links, working on both web and app versions.
- Always create links with this tool if you plan to include them in communications, to ensure accessibility for all attendees.
