The Speakers feature in Cadence allows you to leverage presenter profiles for promotional content across your marketing channels. From the Speakers Menu › Settings area, you can export speaker information, create featured speaker highlights, and generate promotional assets that showcase your presenters' expertise to drive registration and attendance for your event.

Before you start
You must have System Administrator or Event Manager permissions to access speaker data for promotional use. You'll need to have already created speaker profiles with complete information and professional images.
How to do it
Log in to your Cadence Admin account.
Navigate to your event dashboard.
Click on "Speakers" in the left sidebar menu.
If you don't see the Speakers option, you may need to enable it first through Event Setup › Menu.
Export speaker data by clicking the "Export" button in the upper right corner.
This will download a spreadsheet containing all speaker information that you can use for creating promotional materials.
Select key speakers to feature in your promotional materials.
Choose speakers with complete profiles, professional headshots, and compelling biographies for the best promotional impact.
Download speaker images by opening each speaker profile and saving their headshot.
Always verify you have permission to use speaker images in promotional materials before publishing.
Create speaker highlight cards using the downloaded images and biographical information.
Feature speakers on your event Home page by adding a Speakers content tile.
Navigate to Home › Settings to add featured speakers to your event's landing page.
Generate social media graphics using speaker headshots and brief biographical highlights.
Develop email templates that showcase featured speakers and their session topics.
Create a speakers webpage on your organization's website using the exported information.

Troubleshooting
If speaker images appear low quality in your promotional materials, request higher resolution photos directly from the speakers and update their profiles in Cadence.
